Whether that means additional beaver factions, more water-related gameplay, an expanded science system, new resources or fresh food chains – or something entirely different such as a trading system – depends on the feedback we receive.” The players’ suggestions dictate the specifics of what we add next. “Timberborn has been evolving based on what players want and that remains the plan for Early Access development. How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version? While we have ideas for what needs to be done before the full release (see below), players’ feedback affects that and we’re ready to put in additional time.” “We expect the Early Access to last at least a year. Power stations and their energy outputs are: ![]() Then connect the power station using a power shaft on any side of the resource building. The blue arrow marker indicates the fitting of the power shaft and the green marker is the front side where you need to place pathways. While placing a building you need to make sure from which side the power shaft needs to be connected. You can connect multiple power stations to a single building using a power shaft. Then you need to select the cog icon called power from the bottom construction menu and hover on the station to check the amount of energy they produce. Different power stations produce different power and you can check the amount of energy required for a resource building by hover over them. They generate variable power because the gust won’t be that strong throughout the day. Windmills need to be unlocked using science points, and they don’t require any beaver worker same as the water wheel to produce power. If the building is the nearby a river you can construct a water wheel, else a power wheel will be best on land during the starting phase of the game. If you get an alert sign on the left bottom side of the screen that a building lacks power, you need to build a water wheel, power wheel, or windmill.
